Submission procedure

SUBMISSION ON-LINE

We invite all interested persons to submit papers which can be presented in twenty minutes (plus a ten-minute discussion). Papers should be anonymous and not exceed 8 pages (about 2000 characters per page), bibliography and footnotes included.

Submissions will be refereed blindly by an international selection committee. The scientific committee assigns submissions to reviewers on the basis of their domains of expertise. Except in special cases (submission too long, too short or inappropriate) each submission is sent to two reviewers. The final selection is established by the scientific committee.

Thematic session: The scientific committee is in charge of assigning accepted articles either to the main or to the thematic session. The size of the thematic session is not fixed in advance and may vary with the number of eligible submissions.

Authors can submit their papers on-line HERE. Note that the submission process consists in filling in a form including a little abstract, and in attaching the submitted paper.

Notification: The authors are notified of the result in a message including the comments from the reviewers. These comments are sent to authors to help them prepare their presentation or understand the assessment of their submission.

  • Notification of acceptance: June 22 July 25 (Thursday)
